The Application Process – 3 Simple Steps
- Request a Showing:
Select the properties you would like to see in person and schedule a showing.
- Apply:
Fill out an on-line APPLICATION FORM. The application process is generally completed within 3 days. All of our properties require that each resident submits an individual application and be at least 18 years of age. Once your application is approved, we require one month’s rent as a security deposit to hold your apartment.
- Sign Your Lease:
We'll contact you for payment of the security deposit and to schedule a lease signing. For multiple tenants residing in a unit, all must be present.
