"Community Car" Now Offered at Downtown Madison Apartments
Hart Rentals is proud to announce that we have partnered with “Community Car” to offer tenants the carsharing service that provides cars by the hour. Hart Rentals is sponsoring 5 free memberships to the first five people who apply. Becoming a member is easy, just go to www.communitycar.com: 1. Complete the online application (add "HART" within the promotion code section to receive your free membership) 2. Participate in a brief orientation (online or in-person) 3. Read the Member Handbook 4. Receive the key code (used to open the lock-box near the car and retrieve key). Once you have become a member: 1. Reserve a car via web or phone 2. Pick up the car and drive away 3. Return the car to the same spot 4. Pay each month for the hours and miles you drive.
Members share access to environmentally friendly vehicles; high gas-mileage and hybrid-electric vehicles are located throughout the city for members to use.
“Community Car” does all the chores. You simply drive: NO car payments, NO insurance bills, NO oil changes, NO car washes, NO parking searches, NO costly car repairs, and NO STRESS!

Madison Apartment Renovation Project is Underway!
Hart Rentals is renovating some of its downtown efficiences and 1 bedroom apartments, offering choices to our tenants. They can move into a standard apartment or for a little more money, a newly renovated one. The renovated units include travertine marble flooring, new cabinetry, doors, trim and more.
